The exponential real estate growth in Amravati in the last decade, has been instrumental in the formation of a representative body of developers and builders – CREDAI Amravati (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India - Amravati).
All these factors necessitated the formation of CREDAI Amravati that could suggest and implement rules and regulations to :
To perpetuate an ethical code of conduct, which is self-imposed and mandatory for all the member developers/builders of CREDAI Amravati and to maintain integrity and transparency in the profession of real estate development
To strive hard and promote Amravati as a significant investment destination. Actively involved in developing sustainable social infrastructure vis-à-vis- IT/ITes, hospitals, hotels, malls and similar amenities. The body is also engaged in a range of social and public interest activities. To introduce a Grievance Cell as an effort to register complaints of consumers who have bought property from CREDAI Amravati members. CREDAI Amravati also organizes Amravati City’s largest property show. This is to bring under one roof the best properties available in Amravati so that the buyer can take an informed decision and put his money in a safe transaction.
To be an organisation of developers with high degree of integrity, feelings of co-operation and mutual help among the Members of CREDAI AMRAVATI, to encourage adoption and promotion of fair business practices, to promote and protect the general interest of the Members and to keep liaison with the Government to formulate right policies relating to the trade, industry and profession of Real Estate Development.
